When is my order processed and shipped?

We process and ship all orders each day and shipped the next business day. This excludes Australian Public Holidays.

There was an error with my order. What do I do?

We inspect every order prior to shipping for quality and correctness. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect order please contact us by email

My order arrived, but I want to exchange an item.

As long as the item or items are in original condition (unworn & unwashed), simply send them back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery to: 4/85 Alfred Road, Chipping Norton 2170 NSW Australia
